Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Hey Gorgeous! within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

We also ship internationally and offer a variety of rates depending on speed of delivery and location. Please note for international orders that duties may be charged and amount varies by country. Duties and/or any other import taxes are your responsibility and are not collected at the time of sale. Certain products are "made-to-order" or are "drop-shipped" from partners. Delivery times vary on these products as well. Orders are processed based on availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 4pm (US Eastern Time) on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Hey Gorgeous! will contact you if the merchandise you choose is not in stock or if we need additional credit/identity verification. Please note that delivery excludes Sundays and Holidays. Saturday delivery is available in certain markets for additional fees.

Items purchased from Hey Gorgeous! are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your original order was eligible for Free Shipping and a refund results in your order dropping below the Free Shipping threshold, the standard Ground shipping fee will be withheld from your refund. The same holds true for full refunds, the standard Ground shipping fee will be withheld from your refund. For example, your original order for two totals $165 making your order eligible for Free Ground Shipping. You choose to return one of the items, dropping your total below $150, a $7.99 fee will be with held. The same is true when you return 100% of your purchase - a $7.99 Free Ground Shipping fee is withheld from your refund.

For international orders, returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be returned within 15 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment. All refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. Please note exclusions apply. This policy excludes items marked as final sale. Final sale items may not be returned. Gift cards may not be returned.

How to Send Your Return or Exchange
For your convenience a prepaid return label is included with receipt (US orders only).
1. Please note on your Return Goods Form which items you are returning or exchanging.
2. For exchanges: please note the product name, size, and color of the desired product to be exchanged.
3. Pack your items and invoice into a mailing box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
4. Drop off at your local UPS store or call them to schedule home pickup.
